Shipping policy

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed Monday – Friday (9am–4:45pm AEST) and Saturday (9am–11:45am AEST).

  • Shipping times depend on your delivery location.

  • All orders are shipped via Australia Post and are fully trackable.


Same Day Dispatch

  • Orders using Same Day Dispatch must be placed between 9am–5pm (excludes public holidays).

  • Orders paid after this time frame will be shipped the next business day.


Split Delivery

  • If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, select Split Shipping to receive in-stock items immediately.

  • Pre-order items will be shipped separately once available.


Delivery Instructions

  • If you are not home at delivery, a calling card may be left.

  • Packages will be redirected to your local post office for collection with a photo ID.

  • Some packages require a signature on delivery, which may delay delivery if unattended.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to activate (Monday–Saturday).

  • Please check your Junk/Spam folder if you haven’t received your tracking number.


Important Notes

  • All sales are final. Our warehouse processes orders quickly; duplicate orders may ship before Customer Care can intervene.

  • Pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed.

  • Orders with an incorrect shipping address will be returned to our warehouse.

  • Onethree9 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once tracking confirms delivery.

  • Transit times are estimates only. Delays due to customs or carriers are beyond our control.

  • Any customs fees must be paid by the customer; declining them will result in the parcel being returned and a store credit issued (return shipping fees deducted).

  • Onethree9 does not operate on public holidays. Same Day Dispatch orders will be shipped the next business day.
