At Onethree9, we want you to love your gear. If something doesn’t work out, we’ve got you covered under the following conditions:
EXCHANGES

Australian Customers: We offer one free exchange per order.

International Customers: A subsidised fee of AUD 25 applies to cover shipping and handling.
⚠️ We cannot hold items for exchange. If the requested item/size is out of stock, you’ll receive Store Credit instead.
REFUNDS
We do not offer monetary refunds. Instead, you can request an Exchange or Store Credit if your return meets our conditions.
RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days from receiving your order to initiate a return.

Items must meet our Return Conditions (listed below).

Final Sale Items: Products marked down 40% or more are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Until your return reaches our facility, it remains your responsibility and property.
RETURN CONDITIONS
For your return to be accepted:

Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Must be free from perfume, deodorant, body odour, detergent, makeup, tan marks, glitter, and pet hair.

Item(s) must be in resellable condition.
⚠️ If the item fails to meet these conditions, it will not be accepted.
STORE CREDIT

Store Credit will be issued once your return is processed (allow up to 2 weeks).

Store Credit is sent via Gift Card to your order’s email address. (Check spam/junk if you don’t see it.)

Gift Cards are valid for 12 months and are non-refundable.

Discount codes previously used are excluded from the credit value.
